Pennsylvania Criminal Court Case Search
Pennsylvania’s Unified Judicial System (UJS) tool for researching criminal court cases throughout the state. It is provides access to court docket sheets, court summary reports, court scheduling information, and other relevant information.
Instructions for searching UJS website for Criminal Case Information
1. Go to UJS's web portal
2. Find drop down menu labeled "Search Type". This allows you to search by Common Pleas Docket Number, Organization, Offense Tracking Number (OTN), Participant Name, Police Incident Number and SID
3. Select your method for search. When the page refreshes, a search criteria field will be available.
4. Input required information into the search fields.
5. Click search.
6. Move your cursor over the blue magnifying glass icon then select either "Docket Sheet" or "Court Summary"
Please keep in mind this information is not updated daily and may take up to four (4) weeks to be available
