Applications may be made by contacting the Admission's Office at Falling Spring Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.  The Admission's Office is open from 7:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.  The phone number is (717) 264-2715 extension 21006.  Voicemail is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week at this number.  The Admission's Office may also be reached by emailing FallingSpringAdmissions@co.franklin.pa.us.

 

If the potential admission is in the hospital, you may contact your Hospital Social Service Office and they will assist you in making appliation for admission.  If the person is at home or in another care center, application may be made by contacting the Admission Director.
